What's in store?

Competent adults are able to supervise up to 2 young climbers while in the centre, if its you're first time here or your first time supervising we will go through a quick 10 minute induction, this will go over the main rules of the sport and safety rules that need to be followed whilst in the centre.

Its worth pointing out that we are not a soft play centre, bouldering is a sport and all climbing activities have a risk of serious injury or death. Participants must recognise that even if they follow all good practice there may still be the risk of accident and injury, if you don't feel confident supervising your own kids its worth booking them onto one of our many class options.

We have a dedicated kids area in our centre with lots of easy climbs and traverses, as well as various props for some climbing challenges and games.

The kids area is closed for classes and parties at certain times, from 10:30 - 12:00 & 16:30 - 17:30 on weekends as well as 13:00 - 14:00 on Sundays.

During the day until around 16:00 on Wednesday & Thursday there will be a lot of noise from drills & impact drivers and areas of the centre will be blocked off as we reset some of the climbs, so it might not be best to bring kids to the centre during this time especially if they have any sensory issues.

If you are an instructor wanting to bring larger groups of young people please call us or send an email, you'll need to have CWI qualification or higher as well as your own insurance and first aid.
